After two year of virtual-only, the 46th Annual ARO MidWinter meeting of 2023 took place in sunny Orlando, Florida! It is so good to be back together!
Alejandro Garcia and Victor Adenis attended the meeting in-person to represent the team and share our newest results with the ARO community. Alejandro presented a translational prospective study evaluating the utility of several imaging technics in partient to analyze the ABI position and better understand its relationship with performances. Victor presented our chronic ABI mouse model (developped jointly with the Takesian Lab!) and our first two-photon calcium imaging results. The two posters sparked a lot of discussions that only an in-person meeting can enable and we received the visit of Dr. Vivek Kanumuri, an Alumni of the lab that is now Neurotology Fellow at the University of Miami!
We will hopefully see everybody next year in Los Angeles CA, for the next ARO MidWinter meeting!
